Extras are quoted up front. Things like a contact form, an online store, booking, extra pages, or ongoing updates are priced separately, before any work begins.
Hosting and domain are paid to the provider. I set them up in your name and the provider bills you directly. That's usually free to about $25 a month for hosting, depending on your traffic, and $15 to $20 a year for a domain.
No surprise fees. You'll know the full price before we start.

How long does it take?

A typical site takes two to four weeks from our first talk to launch. Much of that depends on how quickly we can gather your words and photos.

Do I own the site?

Yes. The site, your domain, and your hosting account are all in your name. If you ever want to move on, it goes with you.

What about hosting and my domain?

I set both up in your name with a well-known provider, and they bill you directly. Expect free to about $25 a month for hosting, depending on your traffic, and $15 to $20 a year for a domain. Already have a domain? We can use it.

Can you update it later?

Yes. Send me what you'd like changed and I'll give you a price. If you want regular updates, we can set up a simple monthly plan.

What if I need more than $500 covers?

That's fine. We'll talk through what you need, and I'll give you a clear price before I start.

Do I need to know anything technical?

No. You know your business. I handle the technical side and explain anything you need in simple, everyday terms.
